 Holiday Socials:
It is imperative to show the residents and involve
them for any events especially on holidays. Most of
our residents love to participate and voluntarily
involving themselves. Most of the holidays we
celebrate together are “New Year’s Day”, “Chinese
New Year’s Day”, “Valentine’s Day”, “Cinco de Mayo”,
“Halloween”, “Thanksgiving” and “Christmas Day”.
Monthly Dinner Socials:
On the first Sunday of each Month, our residents
will choose a place where we celebrate together a
monthly gathering with staff. This will be one their
favorite activities to go out and enjoy meals with
the staff.
 Birthday Social:
To show importance, love and care for the residents
and staff to their special day. To bring them a cake
and to sing a “Happy Birthday” song and you can tell
the happiness in their faces.
Medication Supervision:
Although our facility is not a licensed for Assisted
Living and not designed for residents with care, we
can able to supervise them on their medication and
not to administer. This includes by helping or
reminding them to take their medications on time and
follow-up with their Doctor’s appointment made by
the assigned Case Manager or Social worker.
Weekly Laundry Opportunity:
We encourage our residents to do their laundry once
a week as part of their privilege at home. Once they
move-in, they will be asked to pick a day for their
laundry. |
